Abstract:
This masterbatch production method comprises: a step in which a natural rubber latex and a rubber latex having a mass average molecular weight lower than the mass average molecular weight of the natural rubber latex are mixed to obtain a rubber latex prior mixing with a slurry, which has a rate of 6 to 10 relative to the number average molecular mass of the mass average molecular weight; a step in which the rubber latex prior mixing with a slurry is mixed with a filler slurry to obtain a pre-solidification liquid mixture; and a step in which the pre-solidification liquid mixture is solidified.
