Abstract:
The present invention relates to a mat for both cooling and heating and a cooling/heating device of a mat for both cooling and heating, wherein the mat is capable of conducting both cooling and heating, and is capable of generating a cold wind or a warm wind such that not only a floor but also a space can be cooled and heated. A cooling/heating device of a mat for both cooling and heating according to the present invention comprises: a cold/warm water barrel for storing cooling/heating water, the cold/warm water barrel having a discharge port through which the cooling/heating water is discharged and an introduction port through which the cooling/heating water is introduced; a heat exchange barrel for storing heat exchange water; a circulation motor connected to the discharge port so as to circulate the cooling/heating water; a radiator through which the cooling/heating water supplied from the circulation motor passes; a blowing fan for blowing a wind toward the radiator so as to generate a cold wind or a warm wind; a heat exchange portion through which the cooling/heating water that has passed through the radiator passes; and a Peltier element positioned between the heat exchange barrel and the heat exchange portion so as to heat or cool the cooling/heating water, wherein the cooling/heating water that has passed through the heat exchange portion is introduced into the mat, and the cooling/heating water discharged from the mat is introduced into the cold/warm water barrel through the introduction port.
