Abstract:
A battery unit (BAT) is a voltage shift unit for shifting a control voltage (V2)
in a direction for the anode potential of a variable capacity diode (VD) to become
negative, and superimposes its own battery voltage (Vb) on the control voltage
(V2). Specifically, the battery unit (BAT) is inserted in a direction to lower
the control voltage (V2), so that it acts to apply (the control voltage (V2) - the
battery voltage (Vb)) to the anode terminal of the variable capacity diode (VD).
Then, the applied voltage to the variable capacity diode (VD) becomes the voltage
(the control voltage (V2) - the control voltage (V1) - the battery voltage (Vb)),
so that the variable capacity range of the variable capacity diode (VD) is also
enlarged.
