Abstract:
A provision-side metadata acquiring section (11a) acquires provision-side metadata relating to a sensing data providing terminal (2). The current location of the sensing data providing terminal (2) is included in the providing-side metadata. Further, a usage-side metadata acquiring section (11b) acquires usage-side metadata relating to a sensing data using terminal (3). A comparing section (11c) uses the current location of the sensing data providing terminal (2) included in the provision-side metadata and the current time to perform a comparison with the usage-side metadata, and thereby determines whether to request the sensing data providing terminal (2) to provide sensing data. On the basis of a determination result from the comparing section (11c), a requesting section (11d) requests the sensing data providing terminal (2) to provide the sensing data.
