A material box rapid adjusting device and a rapid replacing method for material boxes of different sizes. The adjusting device comprises a material box width adjusting device (1), a material box thickness adjusting device (2), and an adapting feeding track adjusting device (3); the material box width adjusting device (1) is used for adjusting the width direction of the material box so as to clamp the material box in the width direction, and comprises a first clamping mechanism (11), a first guide shaft (12), a first lock bolt (13), a guide shaft sleeve (14), and a second clamping mechanism (15); the material box thickness adjusting device is used for adjusting the thickness direction of the material box so as to clamp the material box in the thickness direction, and comprises a thickness clamping mechanism (21), a second guide shaft (22), and a second locking bolt (23); and the adapting feeding track adjusting device is used for adjusting the position of the material box, so that an outlet of the material box is parallel to a track. The adjusting device is simple in structure, convenient to adjust and short in material box replacing time.
