Abstract:
A material box (1). A fiber raw material is stirred and stacked to be prepared as a non-woven fabric layer block; then the non-woven fabric layer block is subjected to baking and then cold mold pressing to form a non-woven fabric plate; the non-woven fabric plate is bent to be a box body (10); then sleeved connection between short bar members (20) and long bar members (30) and wall bodies is completed at the top edges of the box body, joint between top fixing members (40) and the short bar members or the long bar members and between the fixing members and the wall bodies is completed at the top edges of the box body, and joint between bottom fixing members (50) and the wall bodies is completed at the bottom edges of the box body; finally, a lifting member (60) is jointed to an outer side wall surface of a short-side wall body, thereby completing assembly of the material box.
