Abstract:
The inventive material breaking device comprises a cylindrical grinding chamber and an aerodynamic tube connected to the top surface thereof. An aerodynamic classifier in arranged in said grinding chamber and connected to the lid thereof. The external side of said aerodynamic classifier is provided with vertical holes which have a determined shape and are embodied at a certain angle with respect to airflow. A coated ring is arranged inside said chamber. Said device comprises at least one or several compressed air supplying sprayers which are gradually transforming into an sprayer nozzle embodied on the ring. Said injectors are connected to the body of the grinding chamber at an angle with respect to a vertical axis and at an angle with respect to a cylindrical injector for supplying raw material and air. The inventive device makes it possible to produce ultrafine nanosize particles of viscous and other materials.
