Abstract:
A material carry-in/out device of a turning center may comprise a carry-in unit and a carry-out unit. The carry-in unit is movably disposed on the upper portion of a spindle along the vertical direction so as to carry an unprocessed material into the spindle. The carry-out unit can carry a processed material out of the spindle before the unprocessed material is carried into the spindle by the carry-in unit. The carry-out unit may include a carry-out actuator, a carry-out holder which linearly moves by the carry-out actuator and holds the processed material so as to be carried out of the spindle, and a carry-out holder housing for movably receiving the carry-out holder. Therefore, the time during which the carry-out unit holds the unprocessed material and is on standby is reduced, thereby greatly shortening the replacement time of a material.
