Abstract:
The present invention provides a scraper, comprising: a scraper body, said scraper body having a bottom surface and a top surface opposite to the bottom surface; a support body formed on the bottom surface of the scraper body, said support body having a mounting surface, said mounting surface constituting a part of the bottom surface; a rolling body is arranged on the mounting surface, and when the scraper is in a mounting position, said rolling body can support the scraper body; furthermore, the support body is a non-metal elastic body. Also provided is a material conveying device using the described scraper, such as a scraper conveyor. By means of changing the manner of contact and friction between the scraper and the conveying trough, the operating state of the scraper and the overall load of the conveyor are improved, the idling load is reduced, and the service life of the scraper, and the scraper conveyor, are increased.
