Abstract:
A track diverting mechanism, comprising a fixed plate (1), a conveying module (2), a transmission avoidance module (3), and a power source module (4). The transmission avoidance module (3) is configured to switch the conveying direction of a material from a first direction to a second direction; the transmission avoidance module (3) comprises a roller guide assembly (31) and a stroke block (32); the roller guide assembly (31) comprises a blocking plate (311) and a cam roller (312); the cam roller (312) is arranged on the blocking plate (311); the blocking plate (311) can block the diverting of the material when extending out of the conveying module (2); a stroke slot (321) is formed on the stroke block (32); the cam roller (312) moves along the stroke slot (321) so as to adjust the position of the blocking plate (311) in a third direction; the power source module (4) drives the stroke block (32) to move in the second direction; and the material is pushed by means of the power source module (4), such that the material is switched from the state of being conveyed in the first direction to the state of being conveyed in the second direction. According to the track diverting mechanism, only one power source module (4) is needed, such that the space can be saved; two actions of pushing materials and avoiding materials can be synchronously and smoothly carried out, such that the working efficiency is improved. Also disclosed is a material conveying device.
