Abstract:
A material conveying device, comprising paired guide rails (1), storage hoppers (2), transmission mechanisms (3), and a blocking device. The transmission mechanisms move forwards along the guide rails, force application components (5) are provided on the transmission mechanism, and a stress component (6) is provided on each storage hopper, so that the force application components are in magnetic fitting with the stress components, and the storage hoppers are driven to slide along the guide rails. The blocking device is provided in the transmission direction of the guide rails, the blocking device comprises stop mechanisms (4) or guide mechanisms, and the storage hoppers are completely stopped by means of the blocking device, and the stress components are separated from the force application components, or space states of the storage hoppers are changed under the effect of the blocking device. The storage hoppers are linked to continuously operate in a magnetic attraction manner, and the storage hoppers can be stopped according to needs and are easily escaped from the effect of the force application components so that the storage hoppers can flexibly move and stop in the mechanism, and compared with a traditional structure of a pawl or a pulling rod, the structure is greatly simplified; moreover, noise is reduced, abrasion of components is avoided, and the service life is prolonged.
