Abstract:
A material loading/unloading device having a positioning function for a CNC engraving and milling machine comprises a base (1). A first installation platform (3) and a second installation platform (4) are installed at an upper surface of the base. The first installation platform (3) and the second installation platform (4) are perpendicular to each other. The second installation platform (4) is arranged close to the right side of the base. A positioning mechanism (7) is installed at the right side of the second installation platform. A control panel (5) and a four-shaft robot (6) are installed at the first installation platform. Two recesses (8) are bounded by the second installation platform at the right side and the first installation platform. Two elevators are respectively installed in the recesses. The elevator consists of a motor (12), a track (13) and a material tray (14). The motor and the track are embedded in the second installation platform. The two elevators are a feed elevator (15) and a discharge elevator (16), respectively. A sensor (17) is installed at a sidewall of the discharge elevator. The device uses a sensor to control positioning of a material compartment, and thus has high precision. Moreover, the invention has a simple and reliable structure.
