Abstract:
Disclosed is a material blending/supply device (1) provided with: a signal generation unit (62a) that generates a prescribed molding-completion schedule signal; a reservoir unit (50) disposed on the upper side of a material input port (9a) in a molding machine; a pipeline amount detection means that detects a pipeline amount M, which is the amount of material between a weighing machine (20) and the upstream side of the reservoir unit; and a weighing count control means (61). On the basis of a prescribed program, the weighing count control means: computes the required weight W of material needed in the molding machine between receipt of the molding-completion schedule signal and molding completion; subtracts the aforementioned pipeline amount from the required weight, yielding a remaining required weight RW; computes a remaining required weighing count N in accordance with said remaining required weight; has the weighing machine perform that number of weighings; and stops the weighing machine from further weighing.
