Abstract:
A material drying method comprises: a hot airflow having a temperature of 200-1500 degrees Celsius and an oxygen content less than 12% is introduced from an air inlet (6) into a cavity of a drying device. An induced draft fan provided at a tail end of an air outlet (8) generates a negative pressure of 100-6000 Pa in the cavity of the drying device, wherein a flow rate of the hot airflow in the cavity is 2-24 m/s. Shredding teeth (4) provided on a rotating device scatters a material, such that the material diffuses in the hot airflow, and the material and the hot airflow concurrently enter the cavity. A material inlet (7) of the drying device is disposed higher than the top of the shredding teeth (4), and the total drying time of the material in the cavity is 1-20s. The material is discharged from the drying device after being dried by the hot airflow. The negative pressure value, temperature, and oxygen content in the cavity of the drying device are limited such that the dehydration rate is greater than 60%, no explosion occurs, and the drying rate is high.
