Abstract:
A material guide adjustment device, comprising two fixed plates (1) connected to each other by means of a guide rod (2). The guide rod is provided with a first guide roller (3) and a second guide roller (4), separately. A toothed rod (5) and a toothed tube (6) are provided between the fixed plates. One end of the toothed rod is supported in a mounting hole of the toothed rod, and the other end of the toothed rod passes through a mounting hole of the toothed tube to extend outwards. An extending end of the toothed rod is provided with a first handwheel (7), and is further provided with a first coupling (8). The middle section of the toothed tube is fittedly mounted in the toothed tube mounting hole. One end of the toothed tube passes through the fixed plate and is provided with a second coupling (9) on which a second handwheel (10) is fixed. A first toothed cap (11) is provided on the periphery of the toothed rod and is disposed in a hollow cavity of the first guide roller. A second toothed cap (12) is provided on the periphery of the toothed tube and is disposed in a hollow cavity of the second guide roller. The first guide roller, the second guide roller, and the guide rod are in an even clearance fit. The material guide adjustment device can be adjusted to adapt to material tapes with different widths, and has the guiding function.
