Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a material for improving endometriosis with which it is possible to improve endometriosis and which is a material in which aglycone isoflavones are utilized, and a method for producing the material. [Solution] Production of a material for improving endometriosis, the material having aglycone isoflavones provided with an effect for improving endometriosis, and containing aglycone isoflavones that have beans as the raw material by: inoculating beans with koji mold to produce koji; adding water to the product of this koji-production treatment, thereby hydrolyzing the protein in the product and decomposing the glycosides of the isoflavone compounds in the beans; and producing isoflavone compounds that include a large amount of aglycone.
