Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a material intelligent sorting apparatus and a method, which relate to the technical field of material sorting. The material intelligent sorting apparatus comprises a material distribution system, an identification system and an execution system, wherein the material distribution system is configured to lay materials according to a preset value; the material distribution system comprises a vibrating distributor, a first sliding plate, a second sliding plate, a first belt-type distributor and a second belt-type distributor; the first sliding plate, the first belt-type distributor, the second sliding plate and the second belt-type distributor are sequentially arranged and form a stepped structure; a first preset included angle is configured between the first sliding plate and the first belt-type distributor, a second preset included angle is configured between the second sliding plate and the first belt-type distributor, and a third preset included angle is configured between the second sliding plate and the second belt-type distributor; and the first belt-type distributor and the second belt-type distributor are arranged in parallel, and the second belt-type distributor is located below the first belt-type distributor.
