Abstract:
Provided is a material metering system capable of performing a safe and reliable multistage
metering precisely and promptly. A metering time of each step excepting the
first step contains an unstable time, for which a drop per unit time after the transfer
from a previous stage is not stable, and the target metering time of each step,
at which the time value of the unstable time is a target lower value, is prepared in
a storage unit (24). The material metering system comprises metering time measuring
means (22) for measuring an actual metering time in the metering of each step,
and set value correcting means (23) for correcting a feed mass switching value
at each step excepting the first step by a predetermined algorithm, after one
batch metering ended, on the basis of the target metering time and the actual metering
time.
