Abstract:
Disclosed is a material packaging device based on heat sealing. The material packaging device is at least provided with a packaging material former (7), a heat sealing mechanism (3) and a material supply mechanism (1), wherein a packaging material (100) enters from a first end head (71) of the packaging material former (7), is then output from a second end head (72) and is bent and formed into a bag shape at the second end head (72), and a connecting line between the first end head (71) and the second end head (72) of the packaging material former (7) provides a first direction for traction movement of the packaging material (100); the heat sealing mechanism (3) carries out heat sealing on the bag shape formed by bending the packaging material (100); and the material supply mechanism (1) quantitatively provides materials to be packaged, the materials to be packaged are guided, by a material guide part (11), to enter a bag body formed by the packaging material (100), the material guide part (11) provides a second direction for linear movement of the materials to be packaged, an included angle is formed between the first direction and the second direction, and the included angle is an acute angle. The device ensures that quantitative materials directly and completely enter a heat-sealed packaging bag, and reduces overfilling, thus preventing an empty bag from being formed and preventing materials from being clamped at a heat-sealed position while improving the packaging efficiency.
