Abstract:
A material particle sieving control method and system, which solve the problem, of a material particle sieving control method in the prior art, of a final sieving result of a material being different from the expectation caused by insufficiently rigorous analysis and processing of a material sieving control process and related index parameters due to the degree of intelligence being insufficient, realize intelligent, accurate and automatic regulation and control of material particle sieving, and can effectively improve the sieving rate and the purity of a sieving result. The method comprises: acquiring a target material, which is used for being sieved by a material sieving device (S100); according to the target material, collecting a material sample to be sieved and a sieve residue material sample (S200); acquiring the material water content of the target material according to a material detection device (S300); respectively performing data detection on the material sample to be sieved and the sieve residue material sample by means of the material detection device, and acquiring the average diameter of particles to be sieved and the average diameter of sieve residue particles (S400); calculating a particle adhesion force according to the material water content, the average diameter of the particles to be sieved, and the average diameter of the sieve residue particles (S500); determining whether the particle adhesion force is greater than a preset particle adhesion force (S600); and if the particle adhesive force is greater than the preset particle adhesive force, connecting a material sieving control system, and inputting the target material into a loosening unit of the material sieving device for loosening processing (S700).
