Abstract:
A material receiving device for a thin film roll, comprising a machine frame, a partition (1) provided on the machine frame, and two groups of discharging mechanisms provided on the machine frame and respectively located at two sides of the partition (1). The discharging mechanism comprises a first shaft (2) capable of rotating about an axis thereof, provided on the machine frame, and used for mounting a thin film roll (7), first abutting modules (3) capable of moving in the direction close to or distant from the partition (1), and provided on the machine frame, cutters (4) capable of moving in the direction close to or distant from the partition (1), and provided on the machine frame, second abutting modules (5) capable of moving in the direction close to or distant from the partition (1), and provided on the machine frame, and heating mechanisms (6) provided on the second abutting modules (5). The two second abutting modules (5) are used for abutting against each other when getting close. Thin films sequentially pass through the first abutting modules (3), the cutters (4), and the second abutting modules (5) along the material feeding direction. According to the material receiving device for the thin film roll, the thin films are controllable, and are not easy to be deformed due to the effect of tension during splicing. Two segments of thin films can be tightly attached to each other, shutdown is not required when the thin film roll is exchanged, and the splicing effect is good.
