Abstract:
A material sorting device (100), comprising a first conveyor belt (10) and a second conveyor belt (20); the first conveyor belt (10) is used for bearing multiple material frames (200) that are loaded with materials, and sequentially conveys the multiple material frames (200) to the second conveyor belt (20); the material sorting device (100) further comprises a first sensing unit (30) and a second sensing unit (40) that are used for sensing the material frames (200); a sorting unit (50) is used for sorting material frames (200) that are sensed by the second sensing unit (40); a controller (60) controls the first conveyor belt (10) to stop moving when the first sensing unit (30) senses the material frame (200); the controller (60) further controls the second conveyor belt (20) to stop moving when the second sensing unit (40) senses the material frames (200), and controls the sorting unit (50) to sort the material frames (200) that are sensed by the second sensing unit (40). Therefore, manual sorting is not needed, being capable of increasing sorting efficiency, while also being beneficial in achieving automatic line production.
