Abstract:
A material sorting system and sorting method. The material sorting system comprises: a material distribution apparatus (100), which is used for conveying materials; an identification apparatus (200), which comprises an X-ray detection module (40) and a three-dimensional image acquisition module (50), wherein the X-ray detection module (40) is used for acquiring a first image of the material on the material distribution apparatus (100), and the three-dimensional image acquisition module (50) is used for acquiring a second image of the material on the material distribution apparatus (100); a control apparatus (600), which is used for obtaining the material category of the material on the basis of the first image, obtaining the center of mass of the material on the basis of the first image and the second image, and obtaining, on the basis of the center of mass of the material, the time when the material reaches a blowing position corresponding to a sorting apparatus (300); the sorting apparatus (300), which is located downstream of the material distribution apparatus (100) and is used for blowing the center of mass of the material, which reaches the blowing position, so as to realize material sorting; and a material receiving apparatus (400), which is used for accommodating the sorted material.
