Abstract:
The present application provides a material storage device and a cooking utensil. The material storage device comprises: a material storage box, the bottom of which is provided with a discharge port; a pushing screw rod, located at the bottom of the material storage box, and a discharge part of the pushing screw rod being close to the discharge port, so that materials can be pushed to the discharge port in an axial direction of the pushing screw rod during rotation; an anti-blocking cover, installed in the material storage box and arranged above the pushing screw rod in a covering mode, and a material passing gap for materials to pass through being limited between the anti-blocking cover and an inner wall surface of the material storage box; wherein in a feeding direction of the pushing screw rod, a part, corresponding to the pushing screw rod, of the material passing gap comprises a first gap material passing section and a second gap material passing section, one end of the second gap material passing section is connected to the first gap material passing section, and the width of the first gap material passing section is smaller than that of the second gap material passing section. According to the present application, the blanking amount of each part in the material storage box is adjusted by reasonably setting the width of the material passing gap, so that the blanking speed of each part in the material storage box is controlled, and the effect that materials in the material storage box tend to be flat is achieved.
