Abstract:
The present invention relates to a material transfer system of a large-sized press and, specifically, the objective of the present invention is to greatly improve material transfer efficiency and productivity by simultaneously transferring materials by using a material conveying device optimized for a press process (line) of a large-sized press in which a plurality of upper and lower molds are aligned and provided at predetermined intervals so as to punch and form the plurality of materials for each process (or a process unit) at one time. The present invention comprises: a material supply device (3) for loading the plurality of materials (2) at a predetermined height; a material transfer device (6) for carrying the materials (2) to the lower molds (5) of the large-sized press (4) and returning; the plurality of lower molds (5) and upper molds (7), of which there are at least two, respectively, provided in a pair at the upper and lower parts of the large-sized press (4), and successively aligned so as to punch the plurality of materials at the same time by simultaneous punching and form the same; the material conveying device (8) provided at the rear of the large-sized press (4), and transferring the plurality of materials, having been simultaneously punched by the plurality of upper and lower molds (5, 7), to the lower molds of the post process while moving on the X, Y and Z axes; and a material discharge device (9) for discharging, to a discharge conveyor (10), the material formed in the mold positioned at the end of the large-sized press (4).
