Abstract:
A base on which materials are placed and which has materials fixing means eliminates the trouble of taking out fixing tools from their storage place when placing and fixing materials on a materials bearing base such as a pallet or the floor of a container. The fixing work using the materials fixing means is very simple. The base comprises a base body provided with a materials bearing surface on which materials are placed, a plurality of grooves formed at intervals in the surface, and a plurality of sliders which are arranged slidably on the surface and can be fixed, in coordination with the grooves, in an arbitrary position on the surface. The materials on the surface are surrounded and held by the sliders, and these sliders are fixed to the surface.
