Abstract:
The present invention provides a mattress manufacturing device comprising: a transfer chamber which is provided with an inlet for feeding individual polyurethane foam specimens, and an outlet for discharging same, and a space capable of transferring same, and which reduces harmful materials in the polyurethane foam specimens while the polyurethane foam specimens are being transferred in the space; a specimen feeding part which is provided with a fixation frame for accommodating the polyurethane foam specimens such that the polyurethane foam specimens can be provided, and which feeds the polyurethane foam specimens into the transfer chamber; a transfer unit for transferring, within the transfer chamber, the polyurethane foam specimens from the specimen feeding part; and a specimen discharge part connected to the outlet and discharging the polyurethane foam specimens, wherein the transfer chamber comprises a heating chamber which is disposed on the side of the inlet and, while the polyurethane foam specimens are being transferred in a heating space therein, heats the polyurethane foam specimens by means of flowing heated air, and a cooling chamber which is disposed on the side of the outlet and provided with an air-purifying filter and cools the polyurethane foam specimens by injecting purified air which has passed through the filter.
