Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of mechanical part detection, and specifically disclosed are a measurement device and method for the straightness of a planetary gear finished product. The measurement device comprises a measurement table, a limiting die, and a positioning fixture; the limiting die comprises a limiting pad abutting against an end surface of a planetary gear, a positioning die, and a moving portion driving the positioning die to vertically move up and down; the limiting pad is circular, and a boss abutting against the inner diameter of the planetary gear is coaxially and fixedly mounted on the limiting pad; the positioning die is cylindrical and the diameter of the positioning die is consistent with the reference circle diameter of the planetary gear; and a limiting member abutting against an inner wall of the planetary gear is coaxially and fixedly mounted on one end of the positioning die, and the axis of the positioning fixture directly faces the axis of the positioning die. In the scheme, the connection and separation of the positioning die, the limiting member, and a planetary gear under test are convenient, and when the positioning die, the limiting member, and the planetary gear under test are stably separated, the effect on the detection of a mounting groove on an inner wall after the planetary gear under test moves is avoided.
