Provided is a measurement device used for torque coefficient sampling, comprising: a loading platform (10) provided with a tension/pressure sensor (12); and a screwing tool (30), the screwing tool (30) comprising a shell (31), a torque testing module (32) and a pressure testing module (36), which are accommodated in the shell (31), and a screwdriver head (35) arranged outside the shell (31), wherein when a threaded fastener (20) is screwed, by means of the screwdriver head (35), into a test piece (17) with a screw hole that is carried on the loading platform (10) and that is connected to the tension/pressure sensor (12), the tension/pressure sensor (12) outputs the pre-tightening force between the threaded fastener (20) and the test piece (17) with a screw hole; and the torque testing module (32) outputs the torque which is generated by the screwdriver head (35) and which acts on the threaded fastener (20), and the pressure testing module (36) outputs the assembling pressure which is generated by the screwdriver head (35) and which acts on the threaded fastener (20) in an axial direction. Further provided is a method for establishing a torque coefficient model.
