Abstract:
The present invention relates to a measurement method and measurement device for the mechanical property of a thin film. The method comprises the following steps: causing a thin film to be in a floating state; dropping a droplet of liquid onto the thin film from a position of a certain height, and meanwhile video-filming droplet size change and thin-film wrinkling caused by dynamic spreading of the droplet on the thin film; creating an analysis model by performing image processing on the video and by quantifying a relationship between the length of wrinkles, the number of wrinkles and a droplet radius change; and by using the analysis model, calculating the mechanical property of the thin film. The technical means used in the present invention that a droplet dropwise addition and video filming system is used for testing the mechanical property of a thin film achieves low apparatus cost, and may conveniently implement automation control. By analyzing a wrinkle change caused by the dynamic spreading of a droplet on a thin film, the created method for testing the mechanical property of a thin film has the advantages of accuracy, rapidness and high efficiency of measurement.
