Abstract:
A measurement method for an un-gated liquid turbidity measurement device based on time-correlated single photon counting. The device comprises a light source module (100), a light path transmission module (200), a photoelectric conversion and signal processing module (300), and a standard turbidity liquid (11). The measurement method comprises: a light source acting on a standard turbidity liquid (11) after being modulated by a high-speed narrow pulse, acting on a photoelectric conversion and signal processing module (300) after receiving scattered light of 90°, obtaining a statistical histogram of photon counting values and light time of flight, and extracting a feature parameter on the statistical histogram; demarcating a measurement device according to an acquisition method for the feature parameter to obtain an inherent parameter of the device; and during actual measurement, inverting to obtain a turbidity value of a liquid under measurement using the corresponding feature parameter and the inherent parameter of the device obtained through statistical measurement, thereby realizing the precise measurement of the turbidity of the liquid. The device has the advantages of simple structure, high stability, easy implementation, high measurement accuracy, high measurement speed and good timeliness, thereby providing a technical guarantee for the on-line real-time monitoring of water quality.
