Abstract:

Disclosed are a measurement processing method and apparatus, a storage medium, a processor, and an electronic apparatus. The method comprises: receiving measurement configuration information from a network side device, wherein the measurement configuration information carries a trigger condition, and the trigger condition is used for triggering a user equipment in a connected state to execute a measurement operation in a cell handover process of a non terrestrial network; and executing the measurement operation on the basis of the measurement configuration information when it is determined that the trigger condition is satisfied. The present invention solves the technical problem in the related art of a large measurement error and difficulties in application to mobility measurement of an NTN cell caused by the fact that a provided measurement in a connected state is usually completed on the basis of S-measure configured by a network side device.
