Abstract:

The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a measurement support device which can display an accurate index with a simple configuration; an endoscope system; and a processor of the endoscope system. A measurement support device according to an aspect of the present invention associates spot coordinates with point coordinates which indicate the actual dimension size of a target to be measured in a subject and indicates a circular marker distorted according to a distortion aberration of an image-capturing optical system, and stores the associated result in a storage unit. The measurement support device acquires the point coordinates which indicate the circular marker with reference to the storage unit on the basis of the measured spot coordinates, and displays the circular marker on the basis of the acquired coordinates. Therefore, distance measurement is not necessary, the configuration is simple, and processing load is low. In addition, since the circular marker is displayed near the spot (for example, around the spot location), a deviation between the spot location and a marker location is small and thus an accurate index is achieved. In addition, since the index is not widely displayed, the processing load is small.
