Abstract:
A programmable controller executes steps of: inputting measurement results obtained by three displacement sensors at three Z-coordinates of a workpiece; inputting measurement results obtained by one or two image sensor(s) at two XY-coordinates of the workpiece; calculating, on the basis of the measurement results at the three Z-coordinates and the two XY-coordinates, displacement of the workpiece with respect to a reference plane, which defines a reference position and a reference attitude of the workpiece, with components of 6 degrees of freedom; and calculating, on the basis of the displacement of the workpiece with respect to the reference plane, displacement of three calibration points, which define a plane of which a relative positional relationship is predefined with respect to the reference plane when a position and an attitude of the reference plane are matched with a position and an attitude of the workpiece.
