Abstract:
This measurement unit is provided with a target measurement device and a body. The target measurement device is one of N measurement devices for collecting M types of measurement information. The body has a communication interface for communicating with a management device for storing information relating to the N measurement devices, a measurement interface for connecting to L measurement devices from among the N measurement devices such that communication is possible, a body memory, and a control unit. In a specific case where the target measurement device is connected to the measurement interface, the control unit carries out measurement preparation processing for acquiring target measurement information from the target measurement device through the measurement interface. After the measurement preparation processing is carried out, the control unit uses the setting information stored in the body memory to acquire, through the measurement interface, the target measurement information from the target measurement device that has been connected to the measurement interface, and transmits the acquired target measurement information to the management device through the communication interface.
