CLAIMS

1. The present invention is related to a measuring device, which is used for measuring and controlling the slotting (6) that opens to the axle (5), wherein the said measuring device consists of the main body (1), the fixed jaw (1.1), the movable pusher for the slotting (2), the movable jaw for the slotting (2.1), the movable pusher for the axle (3), the movable jaw for the axle (3.1), and the retaining lug (4). 2. The measuring device according to claim 1 , characterized in that it includes a fixed jaw (1.1) fixed on the main body (1).

3. The measuring device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the it includes a movable jaw (2.1) fixed on the movable pusher (2) for the slotting.

4. The measuring device according to claim 1 , characterized in that it includes a movable jaw (3.1) fixed on the movable pusher (3) for the axle. 5. The measuring device according to claim 1 , characterized in that it includes a retaining lug (4) that makes sure the measurement value is not disrupted, which has been taken by fixing the jaws (2.1 , 3.1) of the movable pushers (2, 3) on the main body (1). 6. The present invention is related to a measuring device that is used for measuring and controlling the slotting (6) that opens to the axle (5), characterized in that it includes a main body (1), on which the movable pushers (2, 3) are connected in the shape of a chute, and move by sliding.

PATENT SPECIFICATION

A MEASURING DEVICE FOR MEASURING AND CONTROLLING A SLOTTING

THAT OPENS TO AN AXLE

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention is related to a measuring device used for measuring and controlling, in a precise, fast, and practical manner, the slotting that opens to the axle, which has a wide range of usage area, and which is employed in almost every kind of workshops and factories in the machine industry.

KNOWN STATUS OF TECHNIQUE Today, there is an electronic table measuring device, which is used for measuring and controlling the slotting that opens to the axle. This measuring device is useful for measuring and controlling the slotting that opens to the axle by ' taking measures from many points of the slotting that opens to the axle. In this measuring device; the movable part that travels in both vertical and horizontal directions secured on the table first resets its position on the table, then takes measurements from many points of the axle on the table, and then of the slotting that opens to the axle, and then send the measurement values to a computer. The computer computes the data, and reports whether the slotting that opens to the axle has required measurements.

However, a need has arisen for the measuring device subject matter of the invention because of this measuring device's being expensive, impractical, unmovable and having time-consuming nature of the measurement and control procedures. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The measuring device that is subject matter of the present invention is an invention, which is useful for measuring and controlling the slotting that opens to the axle, and which does away with the disadvantages mentioned in the known status of technique.

In the invention, the fixed and movable jaws of which were developed in a way they can be seated on the corners without radius, the other movable jaw is lent against the axle. The measurement value on the pusher to which the jaw is connected is read. If required, the measuring device that is subject matter of the present invention is rotated by 180° and the same measurement procedure is repeated. If the sum of the two times the measurement value read on the pusher and slotting width equals the diameter of the axle, it is concluded that the slotting that opens to the axle has been centered. If the measuring value read by rotating the measuring device subject matter of the present invention by 180° differs from the measurement value read before rotating it, it is understood that the slotting that opens to the axle has not been centered or is out-of-center.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is related to a measuring device, which is used for measuring and controlling the slotting (6) that opens to the axle (5), wherein the said measuring device consists of the main body (1), the fixed jaw (1.1), the movable pusher for the slotting (2), the movable jaw for the slotting (2.1), the movable pusher for the axle (3), the movable jaw for the axle (3.1), and the retaining lug (4). The main body (1) can be made of stainless steel (inox) or of any kind of material that would not affect negatively the precision of the measuring device. It bears the movable pusher for the slotting (2) and the movable pusher for the axle (3).

The fixed jaw (1.1 ) is secured on the main body (1 ).

The movable pusher for the slotting (2) is the part connected in the shape of a chute on the main body (1) and moves sliding along the main body (1) up to the fixed jaw (1.1). The movable jaw for the slotting (2.1) is fixed on the movable pusher for the slotting (2). The movable pusher for the axle (3) is the part connected in the shape of a chute on the main body (1) and moves sliding along the main body (1) up to the fixed jaw (1.1). The movable jaw for the axle (3.1) is fixed on the movable pusher for the axle (3).

The retaining lug (4) is the part that makes sure the measurement value is not disrupted, which has been taken by fixing the jaws (2.1 , 3.1) of the movable pushers (2, 3) on the main body (1).

In order to measure and control the slotting (6) that opens to the axle (5);

The fixed jaw (1.1) fixed on the main body (1) is seated on the corner (A) without radius of the slotting (6). The movable jaw (2.1) of the slotting (6) is seated on the other corner (B) without radius of the slotting (6) by sliding and moving the movable pusher (2) for the slotting along the main body (1). And the movable jaw (3.1) is lent against the axle (5) from point C by sliding and moving the movable pusher (3) along the main body (1). The retaining lug (4) is fixed and the measurement value (d2) on the movable pusher (3) for the axle is read. If required, the measuring device that is subject matter of the present invention is rotated by 180° and the same measurement procedure is repeated.

Ultimately; the sum of two times the measurement value (d2) read on the pusher (3) and the slotting width (di) gives the axle diameter (Φ), it is concluded that the slotting (6) on the axle (5) has been centered.

If the measuring value (d2) read by rotating the measuring device that is subject matter of the present invention by 180° differs from the measurement value (d2) read before rotating it, it is understood that the slotting (6) that opens to the axle (5) has not been centered or is out-of-center.

If required to formulate; If 2 x (d 2 ) + (di) = Φ, the slotting (6) on the axle (5) has been centered.
