Abstract:
A measuring device is provided with: a distance-measuring unit for emitting laser light from a reference position toward a plurality of points on a road surface and measuring the distance from the reference position to a reflection point on the basis of the reflected light; a storage unit for storing road-surface-height information which indicates the relationship between a point on the road surface and the distance from the reference position to the point; a road-surface-height-specifying unit for specifying the road surface height at each of the reflection points on the basis of the road-surface-height information; and a height-calculation unit for calculating the length from the road surface to the reflection point on the basis of each distance calculated by the distance-measuring unit and the road surface height specified by the road-surface-height-specifying unit.
