A measuring device, a measuring mechanism, a measuring system and a measuring method. The measuring device comprises a swing arm (3) and an automatic measuring device, wherein the swing arm (3) allows a straightened line (1) to pass therethrough or can be attached to the straightened line (1), the automatic measuring device comprises a swing angle measuring device (4), the swing angle measuring device (4) is connected to the swing arm (3), and the swing angle measuring device (4) is used for automatically measuring a swing angle of the swing arm (3). The measuring device uses the straightness or perpendicularity of the straightened line (1) as a measurement reference to ensure the accuracy of measuring data, and the solution is simple and easy to implement; by using the automatic measuring device for automatic measuring, the requirements for measuring personnel are reduced, errors caused by manual measuring by a measuring person are avoided, and potential safety hazards are reduced; and multi-point measuring information can be obtained simultaneously in order to obtain parameters such as the straightness, perpendicularity, inclination angle, flatness and torsion of an object to be measured.
