Abstract:
This measuring device comprises a radar for transmitting a radio wave toward a prescribed measurement range and receiving a reflected wave corresponding to the radio wave, and a determining unit for determining whether the reflected wave received by the radar exceeds a threshold, wherein, if the reflected wave reflected from a first partial region of the measurement range is to be detected, the determining unit utilizes a specific threshold as the threshold, and if the reflected wave reflected from a second partial region of the measurement range, different from the first partial region, is to be detected, the determining unit utilizes an adjusted threshold adjusted on the basis of the specific threshold as the threshold.
