Abstract:
Provided are a measuring device and a measuring system which are capable of accurately measuring the distance between points or the like if a vehicle can enter a road even when the road is narrow and has an uneven surface. A measuring device (5) is provided with a rotating body (51) which is disposed between a wheel (W) that supports a tire (T) and a wheel hub (WH) with the centers of rotation being aligned, and an optical detector (52) which is fixed to a body frame (F). The rotating body (51) is formed by a disk part (511) which is mounted between the wheel (W) and the attachment surface of the wheel hub (WH), and a cylinder part (512) which extends from the disk part (511) toward the body frame (F) and surrounds the outer peripheral surface of the wheel hub (WH). Long holes (513) that serve as a light-transmitting part for transmitting light therethrough are provided in the surrounding surface of the cylinder part (512). As the optical detector (52), a light-emitting element (521) functioning as a light-emitting part and a light-receiving element (522) functioning as a light-receiving part, both of which are fixed to the body frame (F) by an attachment bracket (523), are provided.
