Abstract:
In order to increase the measurement efficiency of a measuring device, the measuring device has a first substrate (11) and a second substrate (12) bonded onto the first substrate (11). The first substrate (11) includes a first cavity (16), at least two second cavities (21), and through-holes (20). The second cavities (21) are each formed adjacent to the first cavity (16) with a partition part (19) interposed therebetween, the partition parts (19) facing each other to form part of the first cavity (16). The through-holes (20) are each formed in the partition parts (19) to connect the first cavity (16) to the second cavities (21) and capture subjects (23) introduced into the first cavity (16). The first cavity (16) communicates with the external environment by means of at least two inlets (13) and at least two outlets (14) which pass through the second substrate (12). The second cavities (21) communicate with the external environment by means of introduction ports (15) passing through the second substrate (12).
