Abstract:
A measuring device 20 comprises: a sensor unit 12 that outputs an AC signal having an amplitude corresponding to a physical quantity of a measurement object; a reference signal output unit 15 that outputs a reference signal of which the frequency and the phase are the same as those of the AC signal; a multiplication unit 16 that multiplies the AC signal and the reference signal together; an A/D conversion unit 21 that is disposed before or after the multiplication unit 16; and an integration unit 37 that integrates digital signals outputted from the multiplication unit 16 for a prescribed time period. By use of the measuring device 20, the value of the physical quantity of the measurement object can be measured with a delay of only one cycle relative to the AC signal.
