Abstract:
A measuring machine for an internal fluid pressure of a cavitation generator, and a measuring method, which relate to the technical field of fluid cavitation pressure measurement. A support (18) is provided with a clamping and fixing mechanism (2), the clamping and fixing mechanism (2) can move up and down along a sliding groove formed in the support (18), one end of the clamping and fixing mechanism (2) is provided with a clamping unit (21), and the clamping unit (21) is used for clamping and supporting a cavitation generator body (16) to be tested; the clamping unit (21) is provided with a lifting mechanism (7), an output end of the lifting mechanism (7) is connected to a lifting plate (4), the lifting plate (4) is connected to a pressure sensor (6), and a sensing end of the pressure sensor (6) is arranged in the cavitation generator body (16) to be tested; and the position of the pressure sensor (6) in the cavitation generator body (16) to be tested can be adjusted by moving the lifting plate (4) up and down so as to measure fluid pressure values at different positions. The measuring machine for the internal fluid pressure of the cavitation generator has the advantage that multiple points are accurately positioned in order to measure the internal fluid pressure of the cavitation generator, and the cavitation pressures under various working conditions are measured without disassembling and replacing the cavitation generator, thereby improving the operating efficiency.
