Abstract:
Disclosed is a meat cutting apparatus for producing meat balls, comprising a rack (1), a compaction mechanism (2) provided on the rack, a rotating mechanism (3) and a cutting mechanism (4). The compaction mechanism (2) comprises a scaffold (21), a supporting plate (22), a pressing plate (23) and a lead screw (24). A hollow cylindrical platform (221) is provided on the supporting plate (22). The cylindrical platform can provide fixing and guiding functions for movement of the lead screw, thereby avoiding the disadvantage of pork being contaminated due to human contact. The rotating mechanism (3) comprises a retainer plate (31), a swivel plate (32) and a limiting piece (33). The functions of the limiting piece (33) are to fix the swivel plate and to prevent the swivel plate from rotating during the cutting, thereby improving the work efficiency.
