Abstract:

Provided is a meat cutting device having a cleaning function for cleaning a blade, or the like. The meat cutting device having a cleaning function comprises: a table; a feeder for feeding meat while linearly reciprocating on the table; a rotation blade disposed to come into contact with the feeder on the movement path of the feeder so as to cut the meat; a support part having one side fixed to the table and the other side connected to the rotation shaft of the rotation blade, so as to support the rotation blade; and a blade cleaning part comprising: a frame detachably coupled to at least one of the support part and the feeder; and a brush extending from the frame and coming into close contact with the surface of the rotation blade so as to clean the rotation blade.
