Claims:
CLAIMS

1. A meat filling and pressing machine providing automatic filling and pressing meat to be made ready for doner kebab cutting into a doner kebab mold positioned within the chassis, wherein it comprises;

- at least one meat transfer pipe connected to the pipe, from which the meat gets out, to transfer the meat into doner kebab mold from meat mincing machine, at least a sledge moving in linear direction on linear rails connected to a chassis mentioned in order to support the pressure power of meat transferred by mentioned meat transfer pipe and the movement upwards and to keep meat transfer pipe in balance,

at least one flange connected to meat transfer pipe to provide homogeneous spread of the meat filled within doner kebab mold by meat transfer pipe and to press the meat,

at least one piston rod cylinder connected to flange mentioned in order to press the meat and to provide its movement in linear direction as flange rising upwards with the impact of pressure created by the meat coming from meat transfer pipe connected.

2. A meat filling and pressing machine according to Claim 1, wherein it comprises a piston rod cylinders that are fixed on the flange from the ends of piston rods and are fixed to main chassis from cylinder pipe ends.

3. A meat filling and pressing machine wherein it comprise two flanges, one of which is moving upwards to the other one, on meat transfer pipe connected to one another with piston rod cylinders. 4. A meat filling and pressing machine according to Claim 3, wherein the piston rod cylinder includes a flange positioned at the end of meat transfer pipe connected to piston rod and another flange connected to cylinder pipe.

5. A meat filling and pressing machine according to Claim 3 or 4, wherein it comprises a flange manufactured from polyethylene plastic material.

6. A meat filling and pressing machine according to Claim 3, wherein it comprises a plate at the upper part of the chassis to create a ceiling configuration to provide fixing of piston rod cylinders in the chassis.

7. A meat filling and pressing machine according to Claim 3, wherein it comprises a support chassis carrying horizontal extension mounted on linear rails and sledges and to support the pipe transferring meat from the lower part.

8. A meat filling and pressing machine according to Claim 3, wherein it comprises a support sheet metal connected to chassis profile gaps to provide a rigid structuring to chassis profiles.

Description:
MEAT FILLING AND PRESSING MACHINE

Technical Field

The invention is a meat filling and pressing machine designed to make doner kebap appropriate for cutting prepared from red or white meat in industrial food plants as well as minor establishments such as restaurants and hotels in food sector.

Prior Art

In known technique, it is especially performed by preparation of the meat to be cut in large-scale doner kebab cutting robots, filling the meat made as minced meat into the doner kebab molds by the help of a shovel or hand, afterwards providing squeezing of meats transferred by pressing by hand in certain intervals.

Filling doner kebab mold and pressing the meat filled by hand cause losses of labor force and time. This filling and pressing procedure made by human power is not hygienic and since squeezing by hand force is not sufficient, there are gaps between meat passed in the mold and no quality work occurs at the end. These gaps become cracks in case of freezing the doner kebab and it causes impairment of integrity of doner kebab. The fact that doner kebab, whose integrity is impaired, is not removed from the mold in the measurements requested, prevents the cutting procedure to occur healthily.

Not squeezing the meat pressed in doner kebab mold prevents the meat to remove in the measurements and geometry requested. Overcoming mentioned problems is aimed in known technique with invention doner kebab mold filling and pressing machine. Meat transferred into the doner kebab mold through a pipe may be equally squeezed within a mold with an automatic pressing flange. Doner kebab removed from the mold in requested geometry and measurements becomes appropriate. Description of the Invention

The purpose of the invention is to achieve a machine, in which doner kebab mold is automatically filled and meat filled is pressed in a hygienic environment without using human power in terms of doner meat molding.

The invention is related to a meat filling and pressing machine providing automatic filling and pressing of the meat to be ready for doner kebab cut in to a doner kebab mold positioned within the chassis, and it includes linear rails and sledges including pledges moving in linear direction on linear rails connected to chassis connected to support the movement of meat transferred by meat transferring pipe gained upwards and to keep meat transfer pipe in balance connected to the pipe, in which the meat gets out, in order to transfer meat from meat mincing machine to doner kebab mold, flange connected to meat transfer pipe to provide and to press homogenous spread of the meat filled within doner kebab mold by transfer pipe, piston rod cylinders (1) connected to flange (4) in order to provide pressing of meat by applying pressure against the pressure of the meat of the flange (4) rising upwards by the pressure impact caused by the meat coming from connected meat transfer pipe (2).

6. Doner kebab mold

The invention is machine providing the meat to be made ready for doner kebab cutting by automatically filling and pressed in the doner kebab mold (6).

Invention machine has a chassis (3) configured from profiles to create a body to its parts and to support the construction. Chassis (3) is configured from 100x100 profiles in terms of preferred configuration of invention.

Doner kebab molds (6), in which meat is pressed in and which provides achieving doner kebab in the measurements required, are used. Doner kebab mold (6) has 085cm diameter in preferred configuration of invention. Doner kebab mold (6) may be carried to automatic doner kebab cutting machine after meat filling by being brought to a chassis (3) on a wheeled trolley. Doner kebab mold (6) is in a cylindrical configuration to provide cylindrical form of doner kebab meat.

In order to provide a rigid configuration to chassis (3) profiles, support steel sheets (5) are connected to chassis (3) profile gaps.

In terms of the invention, in order that the meat is transferred to doner kebab mold (6) from minced meat machine, L type curled meat transfer pipe (2) is configured to connect to the pipe, from which meat gets out from minced meat machine, and the pipe (2) has 6 inch diameter in the configuration preferred. Meat transfer pipe (2) is connected with pipe extending from meat mincing machine in a manner not to cause any leakage and transfer of the meat to doner kebab mold (6) is provided.

Since mentioned meat transfer pipe (2) extends from the bottom point of doner kebab mold (6) and gains movement upwards with pressure power while filling, meat transfer pipe (2) is indirectly connected to chassis (3) in a manner to protect meat transfer pipe (2) balance.

Mentioned connection is provided as seen in figure 2 with linear rails and sledges (5.1) occurring from sledges moving in linear direction on linear rails embedded to chassis (3) profiles, between which meat transfer pipe (2) extends, and support chassis (3.1) carried horizontal extension of meat transfer pipe (2) by being assembled to linear rails and sledges (5.1). Support chassis (3.1) connected in a manner to be out of chassis (3) to the sledges of linear rails and sledges (5.1) gains a linear movement with the movement downwards and upwards on linear rails of the sledges. By means of this movement, it ensures linear, upwards and downwards movement gained by pressure of meat transfer pipe (2) connected on it.

When doner kebab mold (6) is desired to be filled, linear rails and sledges (5.1) gain upwards movement towards the top point by gaining upwards movement of meat transfer pipe (1) as doner kebab mold (6) starts to fill while meat transfer pipe (1) is at the bottom point it could descend within the mold, support chassis (3.1) it is connected to is located at the bottom point of linear rails and sledges (5.1).

Support chassis (3.1) and linear rails and sledges (5.1) support the pipe below, from which meat comes, as well as gaining stability to linear direction movement of meat transfer pipe (2). Support chassis (3.1) consists of 30x30 profile in preferred configuration of the invention.

In invention, in order to provide required pressure to press the meat filled within doner kebab mold (6) flange (4) is connected to meat transfer pipe (2) and piston rod cylinders (1) are connected on flange (4). These cylinders provide linear movement of meat transfer pipe (2) and linear movement of flange connected pipe during filling and pressing the meat as well as providing pressure to flange (4).

Meat transfer pipe (2) provides that the flange (4) is linear moving over the pipe by passing through a gap opened from middle point of flange (4). Diameter of flange (4) is configured in a measurement to provide pressing of the meat sent within the mold by distributing equally in an appropriate way to diameter of doner kebab mold (6). Therefore diameter measurement of flange (4) changes according to capacity and diameter of doner kebab mold (6). Flange (4) provides that meat spreads to each point of doner kebab mold (6) equally. In a preferred configuration of the invention, flange (4) occurs as a manufacture from polyethylene plastic material. While piston rod cylinders (1) mentioned in a configuration of the invention are fixed to flange

(1) from piston rod ends (lb), it is fixed to main chassis (3) from cylinder pipe (la) ends. Flange (4), to which it is connected to, shall gain movement during linear movement of piston rod (lb) and since pressure is applied to flange (4), the flange (4) will provide to press the meat.

In another configuration of the invention, especially in doner kebab mold (6) configurations, whose capacities are much and diameters are over, two flanges (4) are used. Meat transfer pipe

(2) passes through both flanges (4) in a manner to leave distance between them. While three of piston rod cylinders (1) are directly fixed on chassis (3) and the flange (4) in the upper part, three of them are fixed between both flanges (4) (Figure.6). One of the flanges (4)are moving upwards to the other one over meat transfer pipe (2) connected to one another with piston rod cylinders (1). While piston rod (lb) of piston rod cylinder (1) is connected to flange (4) located in meat transfer pipe (2) end, cylinder pipe (la) is connected to other flange (4).

While flange (4) released towards the inner part of doner kebab mold (6) and piston rod cylinders (1) and meat transfer pipe (2) they are connected to are rising upwards by the impact of pressure caused by the meat, flanges (4) with the pressure impact provided by piston rod cylinders (1) and especially the flange (4) in contact with the meat provide pressing of the meat by applying pressure against the pressure of the meat.

Flange (4) connected to piston rods (lb) of piston rod cylinders (1) extended until end of meat transfer pipe (2) rises upwards until the previous flange (4) at a point required according to fullness rate of the meat within doner kebab mold (4) and piston rods (lb) of piston rod cylinders (1) are gathered within cylinder pipes (la). Depending on increase of fullness of doner kebab mold (4) with meat, another flange (4) and meat transfer pipe (2) also move upwards with the support of moving support chassis (3.1) on linear rails and sledges (5.1), to which they are connected.

In order to form a ceiling configuration to provide fixing of piston rod cylinders (1) in the chassis (3), a plate (4.1) is positioned at the upper part of the chassis (3) as it may be seen in figure.7. Detailed Description of Invention

The pipe, from which the meat mincing machine gets out, is connected with meat transfer pipe (2) in a manner to prevent leakage. Meat coming from meat mincing machine by the help of engines, reducer and helical gear at a certain pressure (7 bars) passes to the meat transfer pipe and it fills the meat starting from the bottom as seen in Figure.4, in which filling and pressing stages of the meat into the doner kebab mold (6) are respectively shown.

Flange (4) connected to meat transfer pipe (2) is configured in order to provide pressing of the meat filled within doner kebab mold (6) in a manner to be equal at each point by spreading within doner kebab mold (6). Piston rod cylinders (1) connected to flange (4) are configured to provide control of movement of meat filling pipe (2) with pressure movement within doner kebab mold (6), to create pressure against this movement and at the same time, provide pressing by providing power to flange (4).

Meat filling in doner kebab mold (6) shall start applying a pressure against polyethylene plastic flange (4), which is pressing the meat. While pressing procedure with flange (4) is performed by 5 bar pressure, opposite pressure of meat coming from meat transfer pipe (2) increases up to 7 bar. Meat is squeezed by 2 bar pressure difference in between and it is filled in doner kebab mold (6). Structuring consisting of piston rod cylinders (1), support sheet metal (5), linear rails and sledges (5.1), chassis (3) and support chassis (3.1) provide meat transfer pipe (2) and doner kebab mold (6) remain homocentric during meat filling and pressing procedure and carries out upwards and downwards movement of the system while doner kebab mold (6) filling takes place.
