Abstract:
A meat stuffed with a food different from the meat, characterized in that the meat is a bag-like meat body formed into a bag having an opening or a vestige of an opening, and the bag-like meat body is stuffed with the food. A method for producing a meat stuffed with a different food is also disclosed which comprises an opening step for forming a bag-like meat body having an opening formed by incising an end of a meat body with a blade used for making an opening and a stuffing step of stuffing the meat body with a food different from the meat using a material stuffing unit.
