Description:
MECHANIC KEY CONNECTION MECHANISM AND A VENTILATION DEVICE

COMPRISING IT

Technical Field

Invention relates to a ventilation device comprising an improved mechanic key connection mechanism.

The invention particularly relates to an aspirator and extractor hood comprising an improved mechanic key connection mechanism.

Present State of the Art

Today aspirators or extractor hoods are commonly used in cooking areas of house kitchens and industrial kitchens of restaurants and similar places. Aspirator or extractor hoods provide discharge of vapour, fat and odours occurring during use in cooking areas by removing and discharging them.

Aspirators and extractor hoods having mechanical key control contain mechanical keys mounted in control panels of aspirators or extractor hoods. Operation of aspirator or extractor hood is controlled by means of moving mechanic keys. Mechanic keys mostly move forward and backward by directly pressing the buttons extending outward of body panel by user.

Meanwhile, the perimeter or corner sections of holes drilled for mechanic key buttons extending outside body panel rub on said buttons. Both coating provided on button gets damaged and mechanic key loses its feature and fails to perform its function as a result of such friction. In addition, as the connection between buttons and discharges where mechanic keys are located is tight, buttons may get stuck in discharges and lose their functions completely.

There are several ways to eliminate such problems. In order to provide accuracy of distance between buttons and discharges and locations of keys particularly glass panel as well as panels where buttons are connected display high sensitive operation during operation. However, high operating accuracy increases production cost and causes difficulties in respect to quality control.

On the other hand, another solution is to increase discharge diameter and provide easy passing of buttons but this causes not smooth spaces around buttons and causes bad appearance of aspirator or extractor hood.

One of the documents in the literature is the invention numbered CN 201209901 Y which discloses an extractor hood comprising a holder member restricting entrance of buttons to panel. Said document solves the problem of button embedding in the panel and it does not solve the problems arising from friction of mechanic key of button.

As a result, due to above described disadvantages and inadequacy of existing solutions it has been necessary to make development in the related art.

Brief Description of the Invention

The present invention relates to an improved ventilation device meeting the needs mentioned above, eliminating all disadvantages and providing some additional advantages.

Primary purpose of the invention is to provide elimination of friction problems arising from movement of buttons and mechanic keys connected to buttons in ventilation devices comprising mechanic key control such as aspirator and extractor hood.

In this detailed description, a mechanic key connection mechanism and a ventilation device (10) comprising it being subject of this invention has been disclosed solely for the purpose of better understanding of the subject and described in a manner not causing any restrictive effect.

Ventilation device (10) being subject of the invention comprises a main body (1 1 ), a filter under main body providing filtration of air absorbed from ambience, a fan (20) behind the main body (1 1 ), a control unit having electronic filters coordinating and controlling operation of ventilation device (10) located on the main body (1 1 ). Said control unit provides coordination and control of ventilation device (10).

In addition, said the ventilation device (10) comprises a panel glass group (30) where user performs adjustments such as turning on/off, cycle settings and mechanic keys (70) connected to control unit and buttons (71 ) connected to mechanic keys (70) are located. Said the panel glass group (30) is fixed to the main body (1 1 ) of the ventilation device (10).

The panel glass group (30) also comprises a panel glass (31 ). Said buttons (72) extends outward from panel glass (31 ) located on front surface of the main body (1 1 ). When user presses buttons (72), mechanic keys (70) move back and forward. Also mechanic key (70) comprises a protective cap (71 ) protecting mechanic key (70).

Control unit has a control panel (40). Said control panel (40) is located behind the panel glass (31 ). The panel glass (31 ) comprises holes (32). Buttons (72) of mechanic keys (70) extend outward from the holes (32) on panel glass (31 ). Control panel (40) comprises discharges (50) extending in continuation of holes (32) on the panel glass (31 ).

Panel glass group (30) also comprises a filter support part (33) on rear surface of panel glass (31 ), glass panel group connection parts (34) and mechanic key (70).

A filter support part (33) is the part supporting filter of ventilation device (10) from panel glass group. Said filter support part (33) is glued to panel glass (31 ). A glass panel group connection part (34) is the part providing connection of the panel glass group (30) to the main body (1 1 ).
