Abstract:
A mechanical gripper for automobile lens online film application, the mechanical gripper comprising a main conveying belt, a shunt conveying belt I, a shunt conveying belt II, a portal frame, a lens gripping mechanical device and a lens positioning device. The lens gripping mechanical device comprises a linear movement module, a rotation driving assembly, a lens gripper I, a lens gripper II and an upper fixed mounting plate, wherein the rotation driving assembly is connected to the linear movement module, the lens gripper I and the lens gripper II are both connected to the rotation driving assembly, and the included angle between the lens gripper I and the lens gripper II is 90°. The mechanical gripper for automobile lens online film application of the present invention uses a fully automatic operating mode, wherein automobile lenses on the main conveying belt are firstly positioned; then, the lens gripper I and the lens gripper II are driven by the linear movement module to respectively move to the positions above the shunt conveying belt I and the shunt conveying belt II; and the automobile lenses are respectively placed on the shunt conveying belt I and the shunt conveying belt II, which can better match an automatic production line and achieve high adaptability.
