Abstract:
Disclosed is a mechanical guide-type automatic control valve and particularly an automatic control valve for the liquid level of a water tank in a solar energy water heater. The valve comprises a valve body (1), a guide pipe (2), a valve cover (3), a diaphragm (4), a guide hole (5), a diaphragm reset spring (6), a water inlet (15), a magnetic ring (7), a filter mesh, an external pressure chamber (8), an internal pressure chamber (9), a water outlet (10), a guide rod (11), a guide reset spring (12), a guide rod nut (13), a valve stem (14), a reset torsion spring (16), a float rod (17), a filter apparatus (18) and a three-way mechanism (19). The valve is designed as compact and to react sensitively. Action is transferred to the reset torsion spring (16) via the float rod (17), controlling the opening and closing of the guide valve, thereby controlling the opening and closing of a main valve, enabling automatic control within the valve with no need for electromagnetic control or program monitoring, the height of the water level makes the float rod (17) act, the float rod (17) action opens and closes the guide valve, and the guide valve controls the opening and closing of the main valve, which can effectively control the water level, is low in cost, and an annular ring-shaped magnet mounted at an inlet of the valve body (1) can remove harmful metal substances in the water.
